Golf course
Huntsville, Ontario
Huntsville Downs traces back to 1925 and carries design work by Stanley Thompson with later routing by John F. Robinson, making it one of northern Muskoka's oldest courses. The par-72 eighteen plays about 6,520 yards over 200 acres of rugged Canadian Shield, with five tee sets to suit everything from juniors to low handicaps. Rock, mature pine and steady elevation change define the holes, and the layout stays walkable despite the terrain. The club is public, with a clubhouse restaurant and practice facilities on site.
