Windermere Golf & Country Club

Windermere is one of Muskoka's oldest golf clubs, with a course dating to about 1920 and early routing work credited to Stanley Thompson and George Cumming; later revisions came from C.E. Robinson and, more recently, Ian Andrew. The par-72 layout covers roughly 6,275 yards from the blue tees across 124 acres on the shore of Lake Rosseau. Granite outcroppings, stands of white pine and classic small greens give it a traditional, walkable feel. The par-3 11th is the signature hole, guarded by a bunker left, a hazard right, and lake wind from any direction.
