Black Creek Tee Times

Black Creek is an unincorporated rural community on the east coast of Vancouver Island, spread along Highway 19A roughly midway between Courtenay and Campbell River. It is farm and acreage country running down to the Strait of Georgia, with Miracle Beach Provincial Park and the mouth of the Oyster River at its shoreline and the Coast Mountains visible across the water on clear days. The Saratoga Beach area draws summer cabin traffic, and the beach itself goes out a long way at low tide. Golf here means Saratoga Beach Golf Club, a nine-hole course a short walk from the water that stays playable through the Island's mild, wet winters.
