About High Level
High Level is the service centre of Alberta's far northwest, on the Mackenzie Highway some 700 km north of Edmonton. It is one of the northernmost places in the province with a golf course, and midsummer daylight stretches past 11 pm. The trade-off is a short, intense season from late May to early September.
