Kirkland Lake Tee Times

Kirkland Lake is a mining town of about 8,000 in the Timiskaming District of northeastern Ontario, on Highway 66 a short drive west of the Quebec border and roughly 70 km north of Temiskaming Shores. It grew up over the Main Break gold deposit, and the townsite still follows the line of the old headframes along Government Road, surrounded by boreal forest, rock and small lakes. Play is limited to the short northern summer, typically late May to late September.
