Edgewater Tee Times

Edgewater is a small unincorporated community on Highway 95 in the upper Columbia Valley, about 15 km north of Radium Hot Springs. It sits on a bench above the Columbia River wetlands, one of the longest intact wetland systems in North America, with the Rocky Mountains on one side of the trench and the Purcells on the other. The village itself is a handful of streets, a community hall and a general store; most traffic is passing through toward Golden or Invermere. Spur Valley Greens, a nine-hole course just off the highway, is the local golf, an unpretentious layout that suits a relaxed round on a Columbia Valley trip.
