Picton Golf & Country Club

One of Ontario's oldest golf facilities, Picton Golf & Country Club traces its roots to a nine-hole George Cumming layout laid out in 1907 and later expanded to eighteen holes under Fred Purcell, with more recent refinements by Steve Ward. The par-72 parkland course plays between roughly 4,470 and 6,179 yards across four tee decks, on bentgrass fairways and greens framed by mature forest and fescue rough. Water comes into play on eight holes, and several holes run along the shore of Picton Bay in Prince Edward County. Rolling elevation and strategically placed bunkering give the mature layout more teeth than its yardage suggests.
