Wellington Golf Club

A nine-hole course in the village of Wellington on the Lake Ontario shore of Prince Edward County, also listed as Wellington on the Lake. It plays to a par of 37 and stretches to about 3,495 yards from the back tees, with shorter sets down to roughly 2,450 yards, so it is long for a nine and is normally played twice around for an eighteen-hole round. The opening holes sit in open, wind-exposed ground with a links feel, while the later holes tighten between mature trees. Greens and fairways are bent grass and the course is walkable and semi-private, taking public play.
