Bell Bay Golf Club

Bell Bay Golf Club opened in 1998 on Highway 205 above Baddeck, on Cape Breton's Bras d'Or Lakes. The Thomas McBroom layout runs eighteen holes to par 72, measuring 7,037 yards from the black tees, 6,556 from the blue, 6,097 from the white and 5,222 from the red. It climbs and descends a long slope above the town, so the lake is in view from most of the round, and the holes were shaped to follow the existing contours rather than cut across them.
