Whitewater Golf Club

Whitewater opened in 2005 as a Thomas McBroom design on the Kaministiquia River west of Thunder Bay, built as two distinct nines named Forest and River that combine for a par-72 round. The Forest nine plays to par 36 and about 3,755 yards from the gold tees, threading bent-grass greens through dense northern woodland. The River nine runs closer to the water and opens up the views toward the Nor'Wester Mountains. Elevation, rock and mature bush make it one of northwestern Ontario's best-regarded public tests.
