Golf course
Goffs, Nova Scotia
Airlane Golf Club opened in 1968 at Goffs, directly behind Halifax Stanfield International Airport, so aircraft landing and taking off are part of the view. It is a nine-hole course played twice for an eighteen-hole round, par 36 for the nine and 72 over eighteen, measuring 3,008 yards per nine from the white tees and 6,016 over the full round, with a nine-hole men's rating of 34.6 and slope of 126. The ground is relatively flat and walkable with bent grass greens. There is a driving range, putting green and practice bunker, and the season runs from May to mid-November.
