The Nest at Friday Harbour

The Nest is the Doug Carrick-designed course at the Friday Harbour resort community on Lake Simcoe in Innisfil, opened in 2018. It is an eighteen-hole, par-72 layout reaching about 7,100 yards, routed nine out and nine back so a round returns to the clubhouse. Carrick worked the flat lakeside site into sculpted dips, hollows and shaping rather than relying on trees, and the course is a gold-certified Audubon International Signature Sanctuary. It runs as a semi-private resort course with a full practice range, putting green and short-game area.
