Talbot Trail Golf Club

Talbot Trail has been in play since 1966 on the Lake Erie shore road east of Wheatley, in the Chatham-Kent corner of southwestern Ontario. It is a nine-hole course of about 3,263 yards and par 36, played twice from four sets of tees for a full 18 at par 72. Water comes into play on every hole and the rolling ground is unusual for this otherwise flat stretch of the county, with holes alternating between open links-style fairways and tight tree-lined corridors. A clubhouse restaurant serves the course and the surrounding lakeshore cottage traffic.
