Nanaimo Golf Club

Nanaimo Golf Club is a semi-private 18-hole par 72 set in the hills above Departure Bay, a few minutes from the ferry terminal and downtown Nanaimo. The layout climbs and falls with the terrain and opens onto views across the Strait of Georgia, backed by full practice facilities and a clubhouse the club runs year round. Members come first, so public inventory is released only a couple of days out and both nine- and eighteen-hole rounds appear on the same sheet. Vancouver Island's mild winters keep it open far longer than most Canadian courses.
