Fairwinds Golf Club is an 18-hole, par-71 layout designed by acclaimed Canadian architect Les Furber and opened in 1988 on the Nanoose Peninsula along Vancouver Island's east coast. The routing weaves through stands of towering Douglas fir and copper-barked arbutus, with water in play on nearly a dozen holes and more than 70 bunkers guarding contoured greens. Elevated tees and clearings deliver sweeping views across the Salish Sea to the Coast Mountains, giving the course a distinctly Pacific Northwest character. Audubon-certified and playable by a wide range of skill levels, Fairwinds is the anchor amenity of the Fairwinds oceanfront resort community.
