Kananaskis Ranch Golf Club (Brewster's Kananaskis Ranch Golf Course)

Kananaskis Ranch Golf Club sits on a bench above the Bow River at the mouth of the Kananaskis Valley, an hour west of Calgary where the prairie meets the Rocky Mountain front ranges. The holes run along the river and up against a backdrop of peaks, with the elevation changes and mountain wind doing as much work as the bunkering. Formerly Brewster's Kananaskis Ranch, it is one of the most scenic short drives out of the city.
