About the course
Black Bear is one of the three nines at Fort McMurray Golf Club, available as a standalone nine-hole round. The course runs through boreal spruce and birch on the high ground above the Athabasca River. Booking a single nine is a practical choice when the eighteen-hole pairings are full. The club is the main golf facility for the Wood Buffalo region.
