About the course
Willow Tree is an 18-hole course on Metcalfe Street East in Strathroy, west of London, following the winding banks of the Sydenham River. Golf has been played on the site since the 1930s; Rene Muylaert redesigned and expanded it from nine holes to eighteen in 1975. The layout runs between mature trees with tight fairways, noticeable elevation change and water in play on several holes, measuring around 6,150 yards from the back tees. It operated as Bear Creek Golf & Country Club before rebranding as Willow Tree in 2022.
