Highwood Golf & Country Club — Spitzee 9

Spitzee 9 is Highwood Golf's second course, a par-33 nine tucked along the Highwood River beside the club's championship 18. It is deliberately gentler than its neighbour, short and quick to walk, which makes it the club's course of choice for families, beginners and anyone with only a couple of hours to spare. Green fees are a fraction of the main course while the river setting and foothills backdrop are exactly the same. It is one of the most affordable nines anywhere in the Calgary foothills.
