Six Foot Bay Resort & Golf Club

Six Foot Bay is a cottage-country resort on the shore of Buckhorn Lake in the Municipality of Trent Lakes, with an 18-hole par-72 course of roughly 6,460 yards at its centre. The land has been in the same family since the 1940s and the full 18 dates to the early 1980s, laid out to follow the natural contours rather than move them. Tight, tree-framed corridors and rock outcrops make it one of the more demanding tests in the Kawarthas, rewarding placement over distance. Cottages, waterfront and a clubhouse make it a stay-and-play destination as much as a day trip.
