Lakeside Golf & Country Club

Lakeside Golf & Country Club is on Route 134 at Shediac Cape, on the old Shediac road about five miles from downtown Moncton. Its eighteen holes play to par 70 at 5,770 yards from the blue tees and 5,413 from the white, rated 66.5 and 65 against slopes of 116 and 112, with the red tees at 5,058 yards and par 71. It is a short course by modern standards and easy enough to walk. The land was owned by Dr L.H. Price, who wanted a course on it, and the club was later built up under Cecile Peak.
