Golf course
Prince George, British Columbia
Aspen Grove sits about 14 km south of Prince George, where a nine-hole layout opened in 1971 was expanded to a full 18 in 1986. The course plays to a par of 68 over 5,763 yards from the blue tees, with a shorter, birdie-friendly front nine and a back nine that leans on well-placed par 3s to defend par. Provy Creek threads through the property and several constructed ponds draw ducks and other waterfowl into play. Cut from spruce and pine forest and entirely walkable, it is one of the friendliest and most affordable rounds in the region.
