Kirkland Lake, Ontario
Kirkland Lake Golf Club is a nine-hole public course on Golf Course Road in the northeastern Ontario mining town. The club dates to the early 1930s, when members bought land beside the Ferguson Highway and built five holes in 1931, adding four more in 1934 along with the clubhouse still in use. The layout plays to a par of 36 at about 3,070 yards. The property includes a driving range, pro shop and kitchen, and tee times are required.
