Golf course
Tottenham, Ontario
Woodington Lake is a 36-hole semi-private club in the hills near Tottenham, north of Toronto, developed by owner and designer Harry Allard, whose first course opened in 1995 and second in 2007. The club has since rerouted those two layouts into the Lake and Spire courses, both of which now start and finish at the clubhouse rather than sharing holes, and both play to par 72 at championship length. The Spire is the inland of the two, working through the rolling, wooded high ground of the property, while the Lake course closes back down beside the water. Fairways and greens are bent grass, and multiple tee sets stretch each course past 7,300 yards from the tips.
