Golf course
Salt Spring Island, British Columbia
Salt Spring Island Golf Club is a nine-hole, par-36 layout of roughly 3,062 yards set just minutes from the village of Ganges in the Southern Gulf Islands. Gently rolling fairways run between stands of old-growth fir and cedar, with ponds and creeks pinching several approach shots and greens that stay quick through the island's dry summers. Because the routing offers two sets of tees, most members play it as a full 18-hole round of par 72. The site also has a driving range, practice green, a licensed clubhouse restaurant, and a separate disc golf course laid out over the same property.
