Golf course
Quesnel, British Columbia
Quesnel Golf Club traces its roots to a nine-hole course from 1930 and has occupied its Blackwater Road site since 1956, growing to a full 18 when the back nine was added in the 1980s. The par-71 layout runs about 6,277 yards across rolling Cariboo benchland, with tall poplar and spruce separating the holes and long views out over the Fraser Valley. The original front nine is the more generous half, while the newer back nine tightens the landing areas and puts mature timber squarely in play. A full practice facility, pro shop and Bogie's Kitchen sit beside the first tee.
