Golf course
Brampton, Ontario
Legends is the harder of Lionhead's two 18-hole courses, a Ted Baker design that opened in 1989 and plays to par 72 at roughly 7,062 yards with a back-tee rating around 77.5 and slope 155. It is routed through the Credit River valley on steeply rolling, wooded ground, and the river itself is repeatedly in play with forced carries that its sibling avoids entirely. Large lakes, deep bunkering and fescue framing add to the difficulty, and the greens sit elevated and heavily contoured. The Masters course next door is slightly longer at about 7,174 yards but keeps the river out of play and is the more forgiving of the pair.
