Heron Landing Golf Course

Heron Landing is an 18-hole public course on Couchiching First Nation land just outside Fort Frances, in northwestern Ontario's Sunset Country. It opened in the early 2000s and plays to par 72, stretching past 7,100 yards from the back tees, which makes it one of the longest courses in the region. The layout runs through boreal forest and wetland near Frog Creek, with water and marsh in play on a number of holes and generous separation between corridors.
