About the course
Green Gables Golf Club runs along the Cavendish shore inside Prince Edward Island National Park, next to the farmhouse that inspired Anne of Green Gables. Stanley Thompson laid out the original course in 1939 and Thomas McBroom rebuilt it in 2008, keeping the dune and ocean holes that define the finish. It is the Island's most photographed golf course.
