About the course
Edmonton Garrison Memorial is the eighteen-hole course at CFB Edmonton in Lancaster Park, north of the city, and the public is welcome alongside military members. Its holes are named for Canadian military engagements — Ypres, Vimy Ridge, Dieppe, Ortona, D-Day — which gives a round here a character no other Edmonton course has. Rebuilt in 2016, it plays to par 72 and stretches to 7,012 yards from the black tees, with a far gentler 5,297 from the golds. A curling rink, a restaurant and a driving range across the highway round out the facility.
