Belmont Golf Club

Belmont Golf Club is a family-owned 18-hole, par-70 course in the farm country of Elgin County, 20 minutes southeast of London. George and Jan Loughlean opened the original nine on a former bean field in 1961 and George built the second nine himself, opening it 27 years to the day later in 1988; the mature trees he planted now line the fairways. Walkable and welcoming, it is one of the best-value public rounds in Southwestern Ontario, with green fees that keep it busy with locals and league play.
