Athabasca Golf & Country Club

Athabasca Golf & Country Club began as a nine-hole course in 1963 and was extended to 18 by Sid Puddicombe in 1995, then reworked again in a major renovation. It plays to a par of 72 through boreal forest above the Athabasca River valley, with holes cut into the trees and plenty of elevation change. Moose, deer and fox are regular company on a quiet weekday round.
